Jesus arose in majestic grandeur
as angels sent word from within the tomb
And Heaven's rejoicing was never so great
since the day He first came from the womb
He stepped from the shrouds -A Celestial Being-
The Godhead reunited once again
And now what the world was proclaiming
as finished...instead was only about to begin
Two angels went forth to proclaim -"HE'S ALIVE" !!!!
and instructions were sent to his band
He proved He arose-to the ones that He chose
by the wounds in His side, feet, and hand
Yes, Jesus arose in majestic grandeur
His majesty now spreads across the world
His armies go forth east-west-south and north
‘Til all shall hear the gospel unfurled
His name is more powerful than all power yet seen
and daily His miracles are being shown
His word is more acknowledged and studied and read
than all knowledge history has ever known
We're given His power through the Holy Ghost
that He sent to the world by His spoken breath
It's given to you and me and if we believe...
we'll have power over sin....hell...and death !
